Dr. Lewis-Houston is a renowned Family Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of professional medical experience. Licensed since 2009 and a Nurse Practitioner since 2020, her extensive clinical knowledge spans cardiology, dialysis, rehabilitation therapy, and skilled nursing. As founder of Fleur De Lis Health Solutions of Georgia LLC, she focuses on comprehensive chronic care and proactive physical therapy for mature adults pursuing active longevity. Dr. Lewis-Houston is dedicated to therapeutic excellence and health education, holding a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Frontier Nursing University. To expand our clinic’s capabilities, she is completing her Post-Master’s Psychiatric Mental Health Certification from Spring Arbor University in 2026. This advancement allows Halo Mind Psychiatry and Longevity Wellness to offer a robust continuum of behavioral therapy and rehabilitation science for the Atlanta community.

Brionne S. Houston, BSN, RN, is an expert Registered Nurse who completed her training at South College in 2024. Her clinical portfolio includes significant work in outpatient therapy centers and acute medical environments. Since earning her RN license, she has focused her practice on mobile clinical services and psychiatric counseling environments. Brionne is dedicated to the Encompass model of integrated rehabilitation, ensuring every adult patient receives research-informed, empathetic counseling within a variety of complex medical frameworks.
Asia Houston, MSN, RN
Registered Nurse
Asia Houston, MSN, RN provides essential rehabilitative assistance with an unwavering focus on professional respect and patient safety. A 2024 Alabama State University alumnus/alumna and a 2026 graduate of the Master of Science in Nursing program at Herzing University School of Nursing. Asia brings significant experience from premier neuro-rehabilitation centers, where she assists adults in regaining function while managing complex cognitive conditions. Her role is vital to our mission of providing dignified, high-level therapeutic support during every clinical encounter with our adult population striving for renewed health.
